ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. We thank the Zone members for organizing the liturgy of the masses and also the choir members. God bless you.
2. Novenas for our parish feast, Holy Family, are in progress. We begin with Rosary at 6.00 pm, followed by mass and salve. Morning mass on weekdays and Sunday will continue as usual but on Sunday, Novena mass will be in the evening at 6:30 p.m..
3. As announced earlier, we shall be doing special collection this weekend 17th/18th January, in order to defray the cost for the novenas and feast.
4. Next Sunday, 25th January, is our Parish Feast “Holy Family”. Masses will be celebrated as follows:
   – 6:45 a.m. in Konkani
   – 8:45 a.m. solemn mass will be bilingual (Konkani/English), followed by procession.
   – 10:45 a.m. in English
   Kindly note, that, next Sunday, 25th Jan, there will be no mass at Holy Cross Chapel, Alto-Betim.
5. On the occasion of the Parish feast of Holy Family, our Parish will organize fete on Vesper’s Day i.e. on 24/01/26 after the evening mass and the Parish Day will be celebrated on Feast day, Sunday 25th January, 2026. There will be Band “Crimson Tide” in attendance. Besides snacks and food stalls, there will be other entertainment. Tickets for the event are priced at Rs.600/- for adults and Rs.300/- for children below 12 years. Tickets are available with PPC representatives and in the Church Office. Kindly buy the tickets and patronize the event. Today, after the mass, PPC members will be selling the tickets in the church compound and the Holy cross chapel.
6. 1st February, Sunday, 2026, is the day of Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in our Parish. The Adoration will start after the third mass at 10:30 a.m. Let us consecrate our families and Parish to the Lord. The schedule for the visits of the Blessed Sacrament is as follows:
   – 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. — General
   – 11:00 am to 11:30 a.m. —–Zone 1
   – 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. —-Zone 2
   – 12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m.—-Zone 3
   – 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ——Zone 4
   – 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.———Zone 5
   – 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.——–Zone 6
   – 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.——–Zone 7
   – 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.——–Zone 8
   – 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.——–Zone 9
   – 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.——–Common for all in Silence and Benediction
7. A Well-wisher from Zone 1B has offered 2 ceiling fans for our church office and Parish priest office.
